Lahitte-Toupière is a small French village located in the Hautes-Pyrénées department and the Occitanie region (formerly Midi-Pyrénées region). Its inhabitants are called Lahipiérois and Lahipiéroises.
The commune covers 5.6 km² and has 270 inhabitants since the last population census in 2005. With a density of 48.2 inhabitants per km², Lahitte-Toupière has seen a net increase of 45.9% in its population compared to 1999.
Surrounded by the communes of Monségur, Sombrun and Larreule, Lahitte-Toupière is located 9 km northwest of Vic-en-Bigorre, the largest town in the area.
Situated at an altitude of 294 metres, the Ruisseau de Coumanère, the Ruisseau du Pradet and the Ruisseau de Lissarre are the main watercourses that cross the commune of Lahitte-Toupière.
